Church Development Consulting Network was founded in 1989 with the objective of offering a wide range of professional consulting services for churches of various sizes. Our firm is particularly well-versed in church management including church analysis, strategic planning for churches, church growth strategies, staffing and managing transitional changes in the church. We offer the necessary expertise to help take your church or ministry beyond the next level successfully.
Church Development Consulting Network has assembled a team of experts who have broad experiences and a wealth of training. Recognizing that no one person has all the wisdom required to remedy all problems, our consultants work together, combining skills and God-given gifts, to offer guidance and practical solutions to churches and ministry leaders.
We understand that it takes tremendous courage to admit shortcomings and ask for outside solutions. Our team can respectfully diagnose problems, prescribe proven and creative solutions and help access the resources and tools needed for growing healthy churches. Each of our team members has a successful track record.

Our vision is simple. It is to help your church experience Acts 2:47, “And the Lord added to the church daily.” Further, we wish to see you and your team break through barriers that have hindered your effectiveness as a leader in the body of Christ.

The mission of Church Development Consulting Network is to help churches and ministry leaders reach their greatest potential in church growth, church finances and personal development. In addition, we aim to reach forgotten leaders and various people groups in third world countries.
FOUNDER & CEO
Jonathan O’Hara is a recognized leadership expert, speaker and certified coach with the John Maxwell Team. In 1989 Jonathan founded Church Development Consulting Network – walking in his calling to assist pastors and other ministry leaders in their efforts to become more effective in their assignments. -
